SOUTH DAYTON — The Pine Valley Significant Faculty Drama Club will present the school musical, “Little Women” on Friday, March 24, and Saturday, March 25.

Primarily based on Louisa Might Alcott’s common American novel, the musical attributes noteworthy music like “Astonishing,” the comprehensive solid quantity “Weekly Volcano Press,” and the showstopping “Somethings Are Intended To Be.”

The general performance features 28 Pine Valley students in the solid and crew and a lot of workers users and volunteers. Auditions took location in December, and the cast began practicing in January.

This year’s musical stars Molly Sunick as Jo, Arryanna Bardo as Meg, Grace Pfleuger as Amy, Muriel Zollinger as Beth, Fred Roland as Laurie, Brandon Yoris as Professor Bhaer and Kristal Ramirez as Marmee.

Pine Valley is just one of 10 finalists for the 2023 Kenny Awards. The Kenny Awards recognizes, rewards, and encourages pupil expertise and achievement in higher university musical theatre productions in western New York.

“Our pupils are psyched to present this generation that they have poured their heart and soul into. From the t-shirt style and design to the choreography, the set design to the remaining musical amount, the students have been concerned every step of the way. The present starts at 6:30 p.m. at the Pine Valley Significant College auditorium.
